BGO scintillator

BGO crystal is a new scintillator and ithas been more and more widely applied with the features of high stopping power,short scintilla attenuation time, small afterglow, stable chemical performanceand strong machinery strength. BGO's scintilla attenuation time is 0.3μs andits strongest radiation wavelength is 480nm which are similiar with those ofNaI(TL), so the application of BGO has no special requirement tophotomultiplier tube and electronics circuit.Its absorption coefficient tor-ray is 2.5 times the same as that of NaI(TL) since it contains high Zelement(Z-83) and has big density(7.13/cm3).

Productsmain are two types (Temperature)

·Normal temperature type: 0 100 ℃; Application: Nuclear radiation, Environmental monitoring,High-energy physics, etc.

·High temperature type: 100 200 ℃; Application: Oil well logging, Geophysical survey, etc.
